Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to ApplyGrid, operated by Chisokulab Pvt Ltd (“we”, “us”), India (Uttar Pradesh). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. The service

ApplyGrid helps job seekers evaluate roles (fitment, scam/blocker signals), generate tailored application materials, and track applications with reminders. Features may change as we improve the product.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate account information, including your full name.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials.
• You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and use the service for lawful job-seeking purposes.

3. Plans & entitlements

Free and paid entitlements (for example CV generation limits and kit access) are described in-product. Paid plans are purchased through Razorpay checkout: the Job Search Pass (fixed term) and Monthly access (one month, renew anytime). Fees are shown at checkout in INR. Access lasts until the plan expiry date associated with your purchase.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of CVs, job descriptions, and other content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to provide ApplyGrid (including AI processing and PDF rendering). You represent that you have the right to upload the material you submit.

5. AI-generated output

Fitment scores, classifications, and generated text/PDFs are assistive. They may be incomplete or incorrect. You remain solely responsible for applications you send to employers and for verifying facts before use.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt others.
• Do not upload malware or content you are not entitled to process.
• Do not use ApplyGrid to harass, discriminate unlawfully, or commit fraud.

7. Intellectual property

ApplyGrid branding, UI, and software are owned by Chisokulab Pvt Ltd or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of that IP to you.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee interviews, offers, or employer outcomes.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Chisokulab Pvt Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or opportunities arising from your use of ApplyGrid.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the product. On request we will handle deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Uttar Pradesh, India, shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived.
