By using ApplyGrid at applygrid.in, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

ApplyGrid helps job seekers track applications by connecting to Gmail (read-only), detecting job-related emails, and providing follow-up reminders and pipeline insights. Features may change as we improve the product.

Your account

• You must sign in with a valid Google account.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your Google credentials secure.
• Connecting Gmail is optional but required for automatic application detection.
• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use ApplyGrid.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use ApplyGrid for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to access other users' data or interfere with the service.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload our systems without permission.
• Misrepresent generated follow-up messages as guaranteed to produce a response from employers.

Gmail and third-party services

ApplyGrid relies on Google Gmail API, Supabase, and other third-party services. Your use of those services is also subject to their terms. We are not responsible for outages or changes made by third-party providers.

Free and Premium plans

• Free: limited active applications and limited AI rewrites per month, as shown in the app.
• Premium: paid via Razorpay. Premium is a one-time purchase for a fixed period (monthly or yearly) — there is no automatic renewal unless we explicitly offer and you opt into subscriptions in the future.
• Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@applygrid.in.

AI-generated content

AI follow-up drafts are suggestions only. You are responsible for reviewing and editing any message before sending it to an employer or recruiter. We do not guarantee accuracy, tone, or outcomes.

Disclaimer

ApplyGrid is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee job offers, interview callbacks, or email detection accuracy for every message. Application detection is based on patterns and may require your confirmation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ApplyGrid and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including missed follow-ups or employment outcomes.

Termination

You may stop using ApplyGrid at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or if required for security or legal reasons. You may request account deletion by emailing support@applygrid.in.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the courts of India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
