This page is a short, product-accurate summary of how ApplyGrid treats CV and employment data. The full legal detail is in our Privacy Policy.

What you upload

• Job descriptions you paste for analysis.
• CV files (PDF/DOCX) used to extract profile facts — text is parsed in our app, then structured with AI assistance.
• Employment history, achievements, education, contact details, and similar profile fields you edit in the product.

Where it lives

• Supabase stores your account, profile, applications, and private generated PDFs.
• Anthropic Claude receives the prompts needed for classification, fitment, extraction, and kit generation.
• A dedicated PDF service receives structured content (not your raw employer inbox) to render downloadable PDFs.
• The web app runs on Vercel.

What we do not do (today)

• We do not sell your CV or employment history.
• We do not run third-party ad tracking on ApplyGrid.
• We do not automatically email employers on your behalf — kit content is for you to review and send.

Your controls

• Edit or remove profile fields in-product.
